CENTRAL ASIA’S PHARMA GATEWAY OPENS: 150+ Global Manufacturers to Converge in Tashkent for CaPhEx 2026

Tashkent, Uzbekistan — The Central Asia Pharma Expo (CaPhEx) 2026 will take place on 27–28 October 2026 at the Anhor Park Exhibition Area in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, marking the region’s first exhibition of its kind dedicated to pharmaceutical manufacturing.

CaPhEx 2026 will bring together more than 150 exhibitors spanning processing and packaging machinery, raw materials and bulk actives, laboratory and analytical products, water treatment systems, HVAC solutions, and turnkey contractors and project consultants. Exhibiting companies will travel from Europe, China, the Middle East, Central Asia, and India, positioning the show as a genuine cross-continental meeting point for the pharma manufacturing supply chain.

The exhibition is expected to draw over 2,500 trade visitors from all five of Central Asia’s focus markets — Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan — including CEOs, production and QA/QC heads, regulatory authorities, plant engineers, and procurement decision-makers.

The timing reflects the scale of opportunity across the region. Uzbekistan’s pharmaceutical market alone is valued at USD 2.0–2.3 billion and is projected to reach USD 6 billion by 2025, backed by initiatives such as the USD 388 million Tashkent Pharma Park and five dedicated Pharma Free Economic Zones with over USD 524 million invested. Neighboring markets — Kazakhstan (USD 2 billion+), Turkmenistan (USD 359 million, projected to reach USD 480 million by 2029), Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan — remain heavily import-dependent, underscoring the demand for local manufacturing capability, machinery, and technical partnerships that CaPhEx 2026 aims to connect.

Alongside the exhibition floor, organizers are also planning a pharmaceutical seminar to run in conjunction with the show, further details of which will be announced closer to the event.

CaPhEx 2026 is supported by the Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency (Ministry of Health, Uzbekistan), Tashkent Pharma Park, Pharm Service, Pharmaceutical Technical University, Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute, and the Center for Good Practices.

The exhibition is organized by GPE Expo, a 25-year-old international exhibition organizer with a portfolio that includes Asia Pharma Expo (Bangladesh, 850+ exhibitors), Arab Pharma Manufacturers’ Expo (Jordan), East Africa Pharma Expo (Kenya), and Nigeria Pharma Manufacturers’ Expo.
